摘　　要：教育实习是师范生与实际教学"亲密接触"的绝佳机会,也是师范生教师意识成长的起点,地方高师院校应结合音乐教育的特点,明确专业定位和培养目标,构建切实可行的教育实践体系,让准音乐教师在实践学习和锻炼中能力和素质得到提高。Teaching practice is an excellent opportunity for the students from normal universities to understand real teaching, and it is also the students＇ starting point of the awareness of being a teacher later. The establishment of teaching practice system of music education in local institutions of higher learning should be closely connected to the characteristics of music education in local institutions of higher learning and we should be sure of the placement of the major and the developing goal. The would- be teachers＇ competence and quality are to be improved through teaching practice.
