摘 要:建立了在同一色谱条件下测定混剂中吡虫啉和噻嗪酮含量的方法。采用150mm×4.6mm(i.d.)XDB-C18柱分离,以甲醇-乙腈-水(体积比60∶10∶30)为流动相,在250nm检测波长下,以保留时间定性确证,峰面积外标法进行定量分析。结果表明:吡虫啉和噻嗪酮的线性相关系数分别为0.997和0.994;变异系数分别为1.24%和3.06%;平均回收率分别为98.45%和97.52%。A HPLC method for the determination of imidacloprid and buprofezin EC was developed. The HPLC conditions were XDB-C18 column, methanol-acetonitrile-water (60:10:30 by vol) as mobile phage, and detection wave length at 250 nm. The results demonstrated that the correlation coefficients of imidacloprid and buprofezin were 0.997 and 0.994. The variation coefficients were 1.24% and 3.06%. The average recoveries were 98:45% and 97.52%. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for analysis of this kind of multiplex confected preparation.
