摘  要:以反枝苋、莴苣、马唐和稗草4种植物为指示植物,以常用喷雾法为对照,采用阔叶植物子叶期涂抹法和禾本科植物一叶期涂抹法对化合物除草活性微量活体筛选方法进行了研究。结果表明:供试38%莠去津SC、23.5%乙氧氟草醚EC和41%草甘膦异丙胺盐SL除草剂采用微量涂抹法对4种指示植物所表现出的活性均高于常用喷雾法;3种供试除草剂微量涂抹法的EC50值分别是喷雾法的1/100~5/6。微量涂抹法试验结果的重复性和喷雾法相当。微量涂抹法达到了微量、敏感和节省时间的要求。Using Amaranthus retroflexus L., Lactuca sativa L., Digitaria sanguinalis (L.) Scop., and Echinochloa crusgalli (L.) Beauv. as indicator plants, a micro-screening in vivo method for foliar herbicidal activities was studied compared with commonly-used spray method. The micro-screening in vivo method was painting solution of tested compounds at the cotyledon stage of dicotyledon plants or at the 1-leaf stage of monocotyledon plants. The result showed that the EC50 values of atrazine, oxyfluorfen and glyphosate to the weeds by the micro-painting method were 1/100 to 5/6 of those by the spray method. That micro-painting method was more sensitive than the spray method. The repeatability of the micro- painting method was similar to that of the spray method. The micro-painting method was sensitive and time-saved and needed small amount of compounds tested.
