摘　　要：目的观察和测量弓状线的形态和位置,为临床提供解剖学资料。方法在77具(152例)成年国人尸体标本上观察和测量弓状线的形态和位置。结果弓状线为弧形者有占64.10%,直线形者占28.90%,逐渐变薄消失者占7.00%。弓状线位于脐以下2～4cm的有34例(24.11%),位于脐以下5～9cm的有64例(45.39%),而位于脐以下4～5cm之间的有43例(30.50%)。脐至耻骨联合上缘和弓状线的距离分别为15.05±1.49cm和4.90±1.31cm。脐至弓状线长度与脐至耻骨联合上缘长度的比值为0.33。结论弓状线的形态有多种,位置以脐至耻骨联合上缘连线的中、上1/3交界处来描述更加合理。Objective To observe the shape and position of arcuate line and measure the location of arcuate line, which provides anatomical information for clinic. Methods The shape and position of the arcuate line were observed and measured on 77 adult cadaver specimens（152） sides. Results The arcuate line, shaped like an arcuate is 64%; like a straight is 29%; and which fades away is 7%. The position of arcuate line lower umbilicus between 2 to 4 cm is 34 cases （24.11%）; lower umbilicus between 5 to 9 cm is the 64 cases （45.39%）; while lower umbilicus between 4 to 5cm is 43 cases （30. 50%）. The distance from umbilicus to the upper edge of the pubic symphysis is 15.05±1.49 cm and to arcuate line is 4. 90±1.31cm. The ratio from umbilicus to arcuate line and to the upper edge of the pubic symphysis is 0. 33. Conclusion Arcuate line has various forms, description which the arcuate line is located in the juncture of upper and middle 1/3 of the distance from umbilicus to the upper edge of the pubis symphysis is more reasonable.
