腓骨坚强固定、胫骨有限固定结合骨髓移植治疗胫骨远端骨折

摘　　要：目的探讨腓骨坚强固定、胫骨有限内固定结合骨髓移植治疗胫骨远断骨折的疗效。方法回顾性的研究了胫骨远端C型骨折合并腓骨下段骨折55例,治疗上均采用腓骨坚强固定(钢板螺丝钉)、胫骨克氏针有限内固定,同时自体髂骨和或自体骨髓移植到胫骨骨折端,手术后定期行X片检查。结果手术后两年优良率为82%。结论腓骨坚强固定、胫骨克氏针有限内固定结合自体骨髓移植治疗胫骨远断C型骨折的效果好,感染几率小,皮肤坏死率低,骨折愈合率高。Objective Researching the curative effect of using the rigid fibula fixation and limited tibia internal fixation combing with bone marrow to treat the newly-fractured distal tibial fractures. Method A retrospective study of 55 patients with lower sector fracture of the tibial and lower sector fracture of fibula. We all had used rigid fixation to fibula （Steel plate and screws）and limited internal fixation（Gangzhen） to tibia. At the same time,we transplanted autologous iliac and/or autologous marrow to the site of tibia fracture. The X-ray films were regularly taken for one time in each month. Results The Excellent rate in two years is 82%. Conclusions The rigid fibula fixation and limited tibia internal fixation combing with bone marrow to treat the newly-fractured lower fracture of the shankbone have good effect , the infection probability was small, The rate of skin necrosis was low, the fracture healing rate is high.
