摘　　要：本文以多媒体技术课程为例,阐述了如何递阶性培养学生的学习动机和激发他们的学习兴趣,巩固并提高学生的学习效果的做法,提出了几种教学方法的改革与实践措施,并对从培养学生的学习动机到引导学生喜欢学,从喜欢学到乐此不疲地学,从浅层次的学习到深层次的研究,以及如何科学评价学生成绩等方面进行了论述。This article mainly describes on how to cultivate students＇ incentive and inspire their learning interest step by step. Ways of reformation and practice are mentioned with the illustration of multimedia technical course. It also gives out the details of the development of the process.
