摘  要:对用搅拌法制备的Al-6wt%Cu基SiC颗粒复合材料熔体的流变行为、流变模型、颗粒含量及温度对各流变参数的影响进行了研究。认为其流变模型为[H1]-[S|N1]-[H2|N2]。在不同温度下填加不同成分含量的SiC颗粒,其流变参数值受到不同程度的影响。In this paper,the rheologicul behaviour of Al6wt%Cu based SiC grain composite in solidliquid coexistence zone is studied under the guidence of rheological theory.The composite is obtained by means of stirring.From the result of study,it is found that the rheological behaviour of the composite in solidliquid coexistence zone can be described by series of arrangement of Hooke model,Bigham model and Kelvin model.Rheological parameters,such sa G,η and τS can be estimated on the basis of the associated modelsl.As the result of the addition of SiC grains the rheological parameters increase to various degrees.At the temperature close to the liquidus,the addition of SiC grain increases the quantity of solid effectively and makes it difficult to be deformed.
