摘　　要：目的探讨血液采集后两种拔针按压方法的效果。方法随机选择300位献血者，使用两种不同的拔针按压方法，对其疼痛及出血等效果进行观察。结果使用改良的拔针按压方法较常规拔针按压法能明显减轻献血者的疼痛和出血。结论改良拔针按压法能减轻甚至免除献血者疼痛和出血，有利于无偿献血的招募，值得推广和应用。Objective To discuss the effect of two hemostasis methods by pressing after blood collection. Methods 300 blood donors selected randomly were observed at pain and bleeding. Results Improved needle extration and pressing method was superior to tradtional method. Conclusions Improved hemostasis methods could allevated pain and reduced bleed, and be advantage to recruit blood donors. This method was reserve to be applied popularly.
