摘　　要：概述民航航管卫星通信网发展，着重分析和归纳了其主要设备—ＴＥＳ／ＰＥＳ系统的概念、组成和特点。特别是从用户使用的角度。Beginning with a brief account of the development of the ATC satellite communications network in civil aviation, this paper puts emphasis on analysing and summing up the concept, components and characteristics of the network's chief equipment--the TES/PES system and to facilitate the customer's operation of it, gives an introduction to the features of its functions.
