摘　　要：[目的]了解染发剂提供者及消费者染发相关卫生知识-信念-行为。[方法]2006年10月,对招远市城区部分商场化妆品柜台售货员、理发业从业人员及购买、使用染发剂的消费者进行调查。[结果]调查241人,对10个问题的总知晓率为23.03%。总知晓率,从业人员147人(化妆品销售人员54人,理发业从业人员93人)为32.45%,消费者94人为8.30%(P<0.01),男性35人为19.43%,女性206人为23.64%(P>0.05);文化程度小学及以下为14.03%,初中为24.35%,高中及以上为32.86%(P<0.01);工龄(消费)<1年者为19.03%,1年为31.55%,2年为41.52%,3年以上为39.20%(P<0.01)。使用过染发剂者染发卫生行为正确率为37.37%。[结论]招远市化妆品从业人员和消费者染发相关卫生知识知晓率较低。[Objective]To know the hygiene knowledge of hair dyeing among hair dye suppliers andconsumers.[Methods]In Oct,2006,investigation was made among cosmetics salespersons in some shopping centers, hairdressign staff and hair dye consumers of Zhaoyuan urban zone. [Results]Among the investigated 241 persons,the general witting rate of 10 questions is 23.03% ： the witting rate of 147 staff members（cosmetics salespersons are 54 and hair dressign staff is 93）is 32.45%,and the rate of 94 consumers is 8.30% （ P d0.01）; the witting rate of 35 male persons is 19.43% ,and the witting rate of 206 female is 23.64% （ P 〉0.05）;the witting rate of persons with education level of primary school and below is 14, 03% ,with education level of junior high school is 24.35 % ,and with education level of senior high school and superior is 32.86% （ P d0.01） ;the witting rate for consumers with the consumption period〈1 year is 19.03% ,with the consumption terild of 1 year is 31.55 %, with the consumption period of 2 years is 41.52 % and with the consumption period of more than 3 years is 39.02% （ P〈0.01） ;For those who have used hair dye,the correct rate of their hair dyeing behaviors is 37.37 %. [Conclusion]The witting rate of hygiene knowledge of hair dyeing of Zhaoyuan＇s cosmetics practitioners and consumers is low.
