摘　　要：[目的]了解泰州市卫生监督机构执法现状,加快卫生监督执法体系建设。[方法]2007年9～12月,对泰州市卫生监督机构卫生监督执法人员执法现状进行调查。[结果]调查242名卫生监督员,其中现场卫生监督员占83.88%。现场卫生监督员中,96.55%认为执法中存在困难,其中82.27%遭遇到各种抗法事件(语言威胁伴撕碎封条和文书等占62.28%,单纯语言威胁占34.73%,身体伤害的占2.99%)。遭遇到抗法事件时,产生委屈、心理和精神伤害的占73.05%;71.25%认为政府主导下的综合措施是改善卫生监督执法环境的关键。[结论]卫生监督员人员不足,政府应出台综合措施改善执法环境。[Objective]To understand the current status of administrative law enforcement in Taizhou Institute for Health supervision and Inspection, speed up the construction of the system of sanitary supervision. [Methods]The status of law enforcement carried out by supervisors from Taizhou Institute for Health supervision was investigated from September to December 2007. [Results]Of the 242 supervisors investigated, 83.88% of them engaged in law enforcement on the spot. For the 203 on-the-spot supervisors,96.55 % think that there exits problems and difficulties in their job, 167 of them have encountered with anti-law affairs, accounting for 82.27 % （97.01% of which are psychological violence, such as threaten by word of mouth, tear up seals and documents of administrative law enforcement,while the physical violence are under 2.99 %）. 73.05 % supervisors felt hurt when suffering from psychological or physical violence,71.25 % supervisors think that government-guided comprehensive measures is the key to change the current situation, [Conclusion]The number of supervisors is understaffed,it is essential to formulate government-led comprehensive measures to make the current administrative law enforcement situation better.
