歼击机与运输机飞行员某些心功能参数的脉图分析

摘　　要：为正确评定和早期发现飞行员心血管病变，应用ＣＦＤＣＳ－Ⅱ型心血管功能检诊仪检查１２９名现役男性飞行员，发现心血管功能有异常表现者１３名（１０．３％），歼击机飞行员３０～３４岁年龄组平均动脉压及中动脉弹性明显劣于２５～２９岁年龄组，而运输机飞行员无此改变。提示航空航天医生应加强对飞行员的医学保障工作，必要时可进行动态观察，以期提高他们的健康水平，延长飞行寿命。To evaluate and discover hidden cardiovascular trouble in pilots,the cardiovascular function of 129 active male pilots was examined with a new sphygmographic method. 13 pilots (10.3%) were found to have abnormal cardiovascular function. The average arterial blood pressure and medium artery modulus of the fighter pilots aged from 30 to 34 years are inferior to those aged from 25 to 29 obviously,however, that is not the case in transport pilots. This indicates that frequent examination of cardiovascular function with convinient special method is necessary for the improvement of the quality of medical monitor on pilots.
