2000～2006年重庆市涪陵区某社区免疫接种不良反应分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨免疫接种不良反应的影响因素,寻找减少预防接种不良反应的有效措施。[方法]对2000～2006年重庆市涪陵某社区计划免疫门诊收集的接种后不良反应个案调查处理资料进行统计分析。[结论]2000～2006年,合计接种9种疫苗25254剂次,发生不良反应676例,平均发生率为2.68%,最高是全细胞百白破疫苗为20.99%,无细胞百白破疫苗发生率为3.18%(P<0.01),发生的类型主要是局部或全身的中、强反应,中、强反应中以全细胞百白破疫苗所占比例最高。[结论]接种全细胞百白破疫苗后不良反应发生率较高。[Objective]To discuss the influence factors of immunization adverse reactions, and look for the effecrive measures to reduce the adverse reactions, [Methods]Case investigation data of immunization adverse reactions collected from a community immunization clinic from 2000 to 2006 in Fuling,Chongqing were statistically analyzed. [Results]From 2000 to 2006 ,there were 25 254 immunizations in total of nine kinds of vaccines,the adverse reaction cases were 676, the mean incidence rate was 2.68% ,the highest was the whole-cell DPT vaccine with 20.99 %, the cell-free DPT was 3. 18 % （ P 〈0.01） ,the main type was local or systemic,moderate or strong responses,in those responses,the highest proportion was the whole-cell DPT vaccine, [Conclusion]The whole-cell DPT vaccination adverse reaction rate was higher.
