摘　　要：[目的]了解济南市2007年艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)工作开展情况,进一步做好艾滋病预防控制工作。[方法]对2007年到济南市VCT门诊接受咨询的4135名求询者资料及实验结果进行分析。[结果]4135名求询者中,男性2355人,女性1780人;20～49岁合计3499人;3714人因非婚性接触求询,主动求询的2199人。3977人接受了HIV抗体检测,HIV抗体阳性11例,阳性率为0.28%。[结论]济南市的VCT主要是男性中青年,多因非婚性接触主动求询,HIV感染率较高。[Objective]To understand the status of voluntary HIV counseling and testing （VCT） in Ji＇nan, 2007, to effectively control and prevent AIDS. [Methods]Data and examination results among 4 135 people received counseling in VCT clinic in Ji＇nan in 2007 were analyzed. [Results]Of the 4 135 people received counseling, 2 355 were male and 1 780 were female. There were 3 499 people aged from 20 to 49.3 714 people had sexual behavior out of marriage,2 199 people received counseling of their own accord. Examination for HIV antibody was conducted for 3 977 people. 11 of them were HIV positive , accounting for 0.28 %. [Conclusion]Most of the people received VCT were young and middle-aged men who had sexual behavior out of marriage. The rate of HIV infection was high.
