摘　　要：回顾了我国铁路建设市场从无到有,经历了计划经济模式、改革探索、路内开放、全面开放4个阶段;在回顾铁路建设市场发展历程的基础上,针对目前铁路建设市场存在的主要问题,提出了进一步开放和发展的相关建议:规范铁路建设市场,完善项目治理机制,调整政府职能,推进建设管理信息化进程。The development history of the railway construction market was introduced. In the light of effort of the ministry of railways for many years, there are great achievements in the railway construction market reforms. All these results provide a fundamental for further development of the railway construction market. To meet the challenge of the climax in railway construction, there are four main sections need to do, including adjustment of the function positioning of governments, further normalization of the railway construction market, the improvement of project governance mechanism, and promotion of information management.
