摘　　要：今年是改革开放30年。中国过去30年来,靠改革开放,取得了快速的发展,使中国的国力得到了加强,人民生活得到迅速提高,使中国在国际地位、国际影响空前高扬。改革开放是决定当代中国命运的关键决择。为此,在纪念改革开放30年之时,认真总结改革开放的经验教训,对于丰富和发展马克思主义的改革开放理论及指导今后的实践具有十分重要的意义。2008 is the thirtieth anniversary of reform and opening up. In the past 30 years, relying on reform and opening up, the rapid development of China＇s national strength has been strengthened, people＇s hying standards have been rapidly improved so that China＇s international status has been lifted to an unprecedented international influences. Reform and opening up is a key choice to decide the fate of modern China. For this reason, it is of great significance to sum up conscientiously the experiences and lessons of reform and opening up for enriching and developing Marxist theories of reform and opening up and guiding the practice in 2008.
