摘　　要：越来越多反倾销案件的出现凸显了反倾销产业损害研究的重要性。为了更好地促进我国对反倾销产业损害的研究,增强反倾销调查工作的科学性与工作效率,我国亟需建立自己的反倾销产业损害数据库。所以必须研究我国反倾销产业损害数据库系统的设计与实现。With more and more anti -dumping cases there is no doubt that the research on AD and industry underming has been much more important. To promote the effect of research and make the process in investigation more scientific and effective, it is necessary to build the native chinese anti -dumping and industry undermining database.
