摘　　要：包装容器压力试验机是包装容器质量评测的依据,它的好坏直接影响产品的好坏。鉴于传统的包装试验机的检测手段和精度都落伍的情况,针对此设备提出一种基于LabVIEW的自动测试系统的方法和措施。系统在原有试验机基础上,分别以编码器和应变片为位移和压力传感器,PCI6010采集卡和PC机作为采集和处理装置。自动实现了信号的采集、处理、分析和存储,不仅克服了原有机械式测试的缺陷,而且试验机的自动化有所提高。Pressure tester is the basis for quality evaluation of package and it directly influences the quality of the product. A way of improving pressure tester based on LabVIEW was put forward to solve the problems of low precision and outdated method. The encoder and strain foil were taken as the sensors of displacement and pressure, PCI6010 and PC as DAQ and processing equipment. Automation of signal collection, process, analysis, and storage was realized. Test system not only overcomes the shortcoming of o riginal system but also improves the automation.
