摘  要:目的根据能量转移荧光猝灭程度,建立一种荧光猝灭法测定环境水样中痕量镍的新方法。方法在无水乙醇介质中,Ni2+与1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)形成PAN-Ni2+配合物,其吸收光谱与罗丹明6G(Rh6G)的发射光谱有效重叠,发生能量转移,使Rh6G荧光猝灭,从而建立了痕量镍的荧光猝灭测定新方法。结果在优化实验条件下,在24.3~640 ng/mL浓度范围内,Rh6G荧光猝灭程度与Ni2+质量浓度(ρNi2+)呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.999 6)。方法的检出限为7.3 ng/mL;相对标准偏差为0.73%~2.03%。结论此方法灵敏、快速、简便,用于环境水样中痕量镍的测定,结果满意。Objective To set up a novel fluorescence quenching method for the determination of trace Nickel based on the energy transfer. Methods In dehydrated alcohol, the fluorescence intensity of Rh6G was diminished greatly due to the energy transfer from Rh6G to complex PAN - Ni^2+ . A novel fluorescence quenching method for the detemaination of trace Nickel had been developed with the Rh6G-PAN-Ni^2+ energy transfer system. Resuits Under the optimum experimented conditions, the linear range of calibration curves for the determination of Ni^2+ was 24.3 - 640ng/ml (r=0.9996).The detection limit was 7.3ng/ml and RSD =0.73%-2.03%. Conclusion The method had high sensitivity, quickness, simplicity. It had been satisfactorily used in the determination of trace Nickel in water samples.
