摘  要:在高层建筑顶部,经常会因某种需要而建造一些细长的突出物,如电讯接收塔等。这些细小的突出物,在强风和强震作用下常发生比主体结构大得多的强烈振动,这种现象称为鞭梢效应。利用结构动力学和风振理论,计算了风震作用下的鞭梢效应系数,并分析了它与鞭梢效应强弱的关系,为工程设计中如何减小鞭梢效应提供参考。For some reasons, it is usual to build small-protrusions, such as telecommunication tower, etc, on the roof of high building. Under strong wind and oscillation, such small-protrusions could frequently suffer intensive vibration which is much greater than that happening on main structure. Such phenomena could be defined as whipping effect. The paper calculated whiplash effectiveness coefficient by using the theories of structure dynamics and whipping effect. The relationship between the coefficient and whipping effect was analyzed. The results should give a refernce to engineering design and reduction of whipping effect.
