摘 要:通过筛选试验,选择2个大豆(Glycine max L.)品种(耐性品种浙春2号和敏感品种浙春3号)作为试验材料,水培30 d后,分析大豆根系分泌物中的有机酸、氨基酸、可溶性糖等在铝胁迫下的分泌特征,并测定根系分泌物溶液的电导率和pH值。结果表明:随铝浓度的增加和铝处理时间的延长,二个大豆品种根系分泌的氨基酸、可溶性糖、化感类物质及电导率均有所增大,而柠檬酸则在铝浓度为T1(50μmol/L Al3+)水平时达到最大分泌量,且浙春2号的分泌量远大于浙春3号;琥珀酸脱氢酶、酸性磷酸酶和pH值随铝处理时间和收集时间的影响,变化规律不一致。随分泌物收集时间的增大,各分泌物组分、酶活性、电导率和pH值普遍在收集时间为S2(6 h)时达到一个临界值,之后增长缓慢。试验结果表明柠檬酸在大豆缓解铝毒胁迫上的分泌效应,并分析大豆根系的酶类、化感物质、无机离子(H+)等在铝胁迫下的分泌特性。In this study, 19 soybean ( Glycine max ) cultivars were analysed and found to differ considerably in aluminum (M) resistance. The cultivars Zhechun 2 (M-resistant) and Zhechun 3 (M-sensitive) were selected for further analysis. Experiments performed with plants grown in full nutrient solution for 30 days showed that the M-induced amino acid, isoflavone, phenolic acid, carbohydrate and electroconductibility paralleled with dose and time, while secretion of citric acid became most under 50μol/L M3 + , and the efflux of Zhechun 2 was much more than it of Zhechun 3 ; However, the activity of acidity phosphatase and succinic dehydrogenase were changeing differently. Taken together, results suggests that the effects of Al stress on soybean exudation had beguin after 2 h induration period, yet M had a continuous effect on all these components when roots was removed from Al treatment solution within 6 h. In another way, results demonstrates again the important role of citrate in the mechanism for M resistance in soybean; at the same time, it indicated the characteristics and physicochemical properties of other components in aluminum-induced root exudations of soybean for the first time.
