摘  要:研究了添加复合胃肠道调节剂对断奶仔猪生长性能和消化酶活性的影响。试验以枯草芽孢杆菌和酸化剂组成复合胃肠道调节剂,采用单因子设计,选用80头30日龄体重约8.7 kg的杜长大断奶仔猪,随机分为4个组,每组4个重复,每个重复5头仔猪。设4个处理,分别为:对照组(无添加)、抗生素组(杆菌肽锌150mg/kg+硫酸抗敌素30 mg/kg)、试验组1(添加复合胃肠道调节剂0.3%)、试验组2(添加复合胃肠道调节剂0.5%)。进行了为期30 d的饲养试验。结果表明:日粮中添加0.5%的复合胃肠道调节剂或添加抗生素均可显著提高断奶仔猪平均日增重(P<0.05),并能极显著降低断奶仔猪腹泻率(P<0.01)。添加0.3%的复合胃肠道调节剂有提高断奶仔猪干物质表观消化率的趋势(P>0.05),而2个添加水平均可显著提高仔猪粗蛋白、粗脂肪和总磷表观消化率(P<0.05)。添加0.5%水平的复合胃肠道调节剂组仔猪十二指肠和空肠肠段的蛋白酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),添加0.3%水平胃肠道调节剂组仔猪十二指肠和空肠肠段的脂肪酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),淀粉酶活性显著高于对照组和抗生素组仔猪(P<0.05)。Effects of compound gastrointestinal microbial regulators(CGMR) ,with main ingredients was Bacillus subtilis and acidifier, on growth performance and digestive enzyme activities of weaned piglets were conducted in the paper. The results showed that diets adding 0.5 % CGMR or antibiotics increased significantly average daily gain ( P 〈 0.05), and decreased diarrhea rate of weaned piglets ( P 〈 0.01 ). Diets adding 0.3 % CGMR tended to improve apparent digestibility of dry matter ( P 〉 0.05), while two adding levels of CGMR diet significantly improved the digestibility of crude protein, crude fat and total phosphorus (P 〈 0.05). The activities of protease in both duodenal and jejunal segments of weaned piglets raising with diets adding CGMR were significantly higher than that of control (P 〈 0.05). When diets added with 0.3% CGMR, the activities of lipase in duodenal and jejunal segments were significantly higher than that of control, and amylase activities were significantly higher than those of antibiotics-added group and control ( P 〈 0.05).
