摘　　要：对于能源发展前景的不科学判断,一定程度上缘于对能源资源的动态性认识不够。文章从能源资源的基本概念出发,分析了盲目乐观和过度悲观两种长期并存而又相去甚远的能源资源观,阐述了能源资源的品种利用动态性、价值认同动态性、资源量评价动态性等特点,认为应该用发展的眼光,持谨慎乐观的态度看待全球能源资源问题,最后提出更好地开发利用能源资源的建议。Starting from the basic concept of energy resources,the paper analyses the two different outlooks on energy resources: the blind optimism and over_pessimism that coexists both for a long time and a far cry from each other.It also expounds the dynamics properties of energy resources from such aspects as consuming kinds,recognization of value,and the evaluation of resource quantity.The paper offers that we should be from the development piont of view and take cautious and optimistic attitude to look on the problem of global energy resources.Finally it gives some proposals for better exploitation and utilization of energy resources.
