摘　　要：结合招标投标在建筑工程中的广泛应用,就招投标形式不同时、承包方式不同时、投标目的不同时、建筑物的功用不同时和多种情况同时出现时的投标报价的策略及调整进行了深入探讨,从而达到中标的目的,并合理规避风险,尽可能获得最大的利润。Combined with the application of inviting and submitting tenders in architectural engineering, the strategies and adjustment of tender offer with different forms, c.ntract mode, tender objective, architectural function and several situation appeared simultaneous were profound discussed so as to win the bid, avoid risk rationally and obtain maximum profit.
