摘　　要：通过回顾江苏高速公路建设监理事业的发展历程,从业主角度对当前影响监理市场健康发展的问题进行了分析,并对改革措施进行重点研讨,对交通监理市场的健康发展提出了几点建议。Through overview the development course of express highway construction supervision work of Jiangsu, the influencing factors of present supervision market health development were analyzed and the reforming measures were emphasis discussed. Several suggestions to traffic construction supervision market healthy development were proposed.
