摘  要:介绍了使用UG/WAVE功能进行复杂内燃机零件的三维设计建模方法和思路。针对CAD-CAE无缝连接要求,对内燃机复杂铸造零件如曲轴箱采用UG/WAVE功能实现自顶向下的设计,先设计铸造用芯核和外模,然后反向得到铸造毛坯、最终加工模型。这样产品的设计流程与生产流程一致,工艺细节可以充分考虑到,适用于大型复杂零件的设计,同时简化了建模,更改、刷新也都变得相当方便。The method and thinking of building 3D models of complex gas engine part with UG/WAVE module were introduced. For the none-gap connection between CAD-CAE, the complex casting of gas engine part Top-down Design method with UG/WAVE module was designed, Such as crankcase, the core mould and outside mould first were designed; And Then the crankcase roughcast were obtained, the product machining have finished. As the result of designing process as real producing process, the care about almost every technological detail can be considered. This method is suitable to design large complex part. These predigest the building and changing model process and more convenient to refreshing the model.
