摘　　要：中温型活性染料耐盐碱溶解稳定性差,对碱敏感,是产生色点色渍、色差色花、色牢度差等质量问题的根源。通过分析中温型活性染料的性能缺陷,指出采用与染料性能相适应的染色工艺与化料加料方法,再辅以适当的匀染剂,可有效解决染色质量问题。Stabilities of mid-energy reactive dyestuffs in alkali and salt solutions are very poor, sensitivity to alkali is the main reason for color spot, color deviation and poor color fastness. This paper covers the disadvantages of mid-energy reactive dyes, as well as the corresponding measures. Practice showed that dyeing process and dosing method matched with dye properties, as well as assisted with suitable leveler, could successfully solve dyeing defects.
