摘　　要：研究了小型水平全电熔窑上层空间的布置对生产的影响。介绍了通过长期生产一线的实践和观察,发现上层空间布置得合理与否,直接关系到电熔窑的生产成本、热效率的高低、窑炉的使用寿命和玻璃质量的好坏。通过试验与进一步的生产实践,最终得出当熔制不同品种的玻璃或电极布置方式不同时,电熔窑上层空间的布置也应相应不同。Through long time operation and observation of small horizontal all-electric furnaces, it has been found that the layout of the flame space has direct impact on the operation cost, thermal efficiency, furnace life and glass quality. Based on the tests and further production practice, it is concluded that for different type glass and different electrode arrangement, the layout of the flame space of electric furnaces should be different.
