摘　　要：针对地下室在现代城市建设中的广泛应用,结合某小高层商住楼工程项目,阐述了地下室模板工程的施工及其在施工过程中应采取的质量与安全控制措施,以积累地下室模板施工经验,从而促进城市建设的发展。Basement finds a wide application in the construction of modern cities： Basement formwork construction and its quality and safety control measures are expounded through some high-rise commercial and residential building engineering project： So as to accumulate experience for basement forwork construction, and help the development of rural building.
