舌癌术后病人行改良口腔护理的效果观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察改良口腔护理方法在舌癌病人手术后的护理效果。[方法]将舌癌切除术后的60例病人随机分为两组,对照组采用传统口腔护理方法,观察组在进行传统口腔护理基础上进行口腔冲洗,记录两组病人的口腔情况。[结果]在口腔清洁、口腔舒适度方面,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),两组差异有统计学意义。[结论]改良口腔护理法应用于舌癌切除术后病人口腔护理,效果优于传统口腔护理法。Objective. To observe the effect of modified mouth care for postoperative patients with carcinoma of tongue. Methods： A total of 60 patients with carcinoma of tongue were randomly divided into two groups. Patients of control group were given traditional mouth care. Patients of test group were given dentilave before the traditional mouth care. And the cavitas otis condition of the two group patients were recorded. Results： In terms of cavitas oris sanitation and oral cavity easement, patients of test group were superior to that of control group （P〈0.05）. There were significant statistical differences between the two groups. Conclusion：The modified mouth care was better than the traditional mouth care for postoperative patients with carcinoma of tongue.
