摘　　要：文章阐述了我国森林生态效益补偿机制的研究现状,生态补偿的理论依据、相关的法律规定。展望私有林发展前景和意义,分析了获得森林生态效益补偿的对象是拥有林权证的私有林主以及补偿资金筹集的来源。The research progess in ecological effect compensation to forest in China, the theory of ecological, theoretical basis of ecological compensation, relative law were summarized. The private forest should be developed and have important signification, the object of compensation for ecological effect are forest worker with forest ownership and the origin of fund.
