摘　　要：并行工程并非是纯理论的研究课题，而更多地是体现于如何在市场经济的激烈竞争中，根据不同的背景、条件，利用并行工程取得更大效益。本文根据有关资料，对美国通用电气公司、波音公司应用并行工程的实例，就市场环境、导入背景目的、组织构造、信息及工艺流程、工具、通信基础、效果及评价方面作一综述。Since concurrent engineering (CE) was put forward by the Defense Ministry of America in the beginning of 1980s, a lot of research works have been done by the scientists. Because CE is not a pure theory, the main purpose of CE research should be how to use it to get more profit in the competition of market economy. Basing on the relevant data, this paper introduces the experiences of CE applications at GE Co. and Boeing Co., including market environment, the background, construction, information and process management, tools, communication, effort and evaluation method.
