摘　　要：文章以实现高校图书馆与公共图书馆的资源、技术、人员等的优势互补为前提,分析了前郭县、伊通县图书馆的现状,提出了"长期扶持、逐步推进、共同发展"的扶持计划,并具体从六个方面展开。In order to achieve the complementation between university libraries and public libraries such as resources, technology, personnel, and etc, the article analyses the current situations of Qianguo County -Library and Yitong County Library, and proposes a ＂ long--term support, gradual improving, development side by side＂ support plan which discussing from six aspects
