摘　　要：本文分析政府信息服务、公益性信息服务、商业性信息服务、企业与个人信息服务、信息资源产权保护服务、信息安全保障方面的保护、信息资源开发利用的立法现状与问题并提出建议,使面向企业提供信息服务有序进行。The paper government, nonprofit analyzes the present situation of information service laws and regulations by nformation service departments, trade associations, business information service functions, enterprise information and personal information, information resource property right protection, information security insurance, and information using for the enterprises in China, we put forward some suggestions and countermeasures to improve it.
