摘  要:针对ZG55铸钢齿轮出现裂纹等缺陷问题,开展了加RE和RE—Ti复合变质处理改善ZG55钢的组织与性能的研究。结果表明,变质处理能细化钢的组织改善夹杂物的形态与分布,提高钢的力学性能、耐磨性能与铸造性能。The RE-Ti complex modification for improving the microstructure and properties ofZG55 steel were studied in order to solve the problem of crack that frequently cropped up in metal mold castingof gear wheel of ZG55 steel. The results showed that the microstructure of the steel could be remarkably refinedand the morphology and distribution of inclusions were improved through adding suitable amount of RE-Ti inZG55 cast steel, therefore, the mechanical properties, wearability and casting behaviors of the steel were improved.
