摘　　要：目的:研究半枝莲对人肺巨细胞癌细胞株PG细胞nm23基因表达的影响,以探讨其抗肿瘤的作用机制。方法:用不同浓度的半枝莲含药血清分别处理人肺巨细胞癌细胞株PG细胞,采用流式细胞仪法观察其对PG细胞nm23基因表达的影响。结果:经半枝莲含药血清作用的PG细胞nm23基因表达水平明显上调。结论:半枝莲抗肿瘤作用机制可能与nm23基因表达水平上调有关。Objective： To investigate the anti-cancer mechanism of Herba Seutellariae Barbatae on PG cell by observing the expression of nm23 gene in vitro. Method ： Used FCM to detect the expression of nm23 gene. Result ： The nm23 gene expression of PG cell was increased significantly by Herba Scntellariae Barbatae. Conclusion ： The anti-cancer mechanism of Herba Scutellariae Barbatae maybe related to the increase of the expression of nm23 gene.
