摘  要:对钙钛矿结构的PZT-5和钨青铜结构的PBNN二种压电陶瓷制成的压电微位移器进行了电压-位移特性的比较和分析,发现我们所研制的PBNN压电微位移器具有线性好、回零好、能对称工作等优点。从PZT-5和PBNN陶瓷的晶体结构出发,分析了二种材料由于具有不同的晶体结构而导致的不同电压-位移行为。Multilayer PBNN piezoelectric ceramic actuators were fabricated by stacked and tape casting method, respectively The applied field displacement characteristics of multilayer PBNN piezoelectric ceramic actuators were analyzed and compared with that of actuator madeof conventional PZT 5 piezoelectric ceramics It was found that PBNN actuator had a narrower hysteresis and a better linearity and exhibiteda symmetric displacement for positive and negative applied field in the applied field displacement characteristics The different performanceof PBNN and PZT 5 actuators were discussed on the basis of the peroveskite structure of PZT 5 and the tungsten brazen structure of PBNN,respectively
