针刺配合血栓通注射液治疗脂肪肝疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺配合血栓通注射液治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法将100例脂肪肝患者随机分为2组。治疗组50例采用针刺太冲、太白、足三里、中脘穴,同时配合血栓通注射液5 mL+5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL,每日1次静脉滴注。对照组50例予水飞蓟宾胶囊70 mg,每日3次口服。2组均15日为1个疗程,疗程间休息5日,3个疗程后观察临床疗效及甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)及天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)变化。结果治疗组总有效率96%,对照组总有效率78%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后TG、TC、ALT及AST与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结果针刺配合血栓通注射液治疗脂肪肝疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of fatty liver by acupuncturing combined with intravenous drip of Xueshuantong injection. Method 100 patients with fatty liver were randomly divided into two groups：the treatment group （ n = 50） and the control group （ n = 50） .The 50 patients in the treatment group received the treatment of acupuncture on the points of Taichong, Taibai, Zusanli, Zhongwan combined with intravenous drip of Xueshuantong injection. The treatment was given once a day,five days resting after fifteen days of the treatment,and going on the next circulation of acupuncture, 15 time as one course. At the same time, he patients in the control group received the treatment of taking Silybin capsules （SC）. Mter 3 treatment courses for the two groups, the clinical effects and the changes of TG,TC,ALT and AST will be observed. Results The total effective rate was 96 % in the treatment group and 78 % in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈0.01）.After the treatment, TG, TC, ALT and AST was statistically differed to those before the treatment （ P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05） and there were significant different compared with those of the control group（ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The therapeutic effects of fatty liver by acupuncture combined with intravenous drip of Xueshuantong injection are confirmed. Therefore the method was worth for application of clinic.
