摘  要:利用金相显微镜、X-射线衍射仪、SEM、EDA、数字显微硬度计和电子万能试验机,对采用传统覆盖剂和自制覆盖剂制备的AZ91镁合金的显微组织和力学性能进行了分析。结果表明,自制覆盖剂制备的AZ91合金、Mg17Al12相得到改善,晶内出现Al4C3形核质点,晶粒得到显著细化,抗拉强度、屈服强度和延伸率都得到较大的提高。The microstructures and mechanical properties of AZ91 magnesium alloy produced by different coverage fluxes were analyzed by microscope ,XRD,SEM, EDA, digital microhardness tester and a standard universal testing machine.The results show that the comprehensive properties of AZ91 magnesium alloy produced by own coverage fluxes is the best than all the test alloys, Mg17Al12 has improved enormously,the nucleus particle Al4C3 is formed,the grain of the alloy is refined notably,the Tensile strength, Yield strength and 8 increase greatly and the fracture surfaces is made of deep dimples,with roll patter,which is related to small microstructure.
