摘　　要：5号高炉是太钢150万t不锈钢技改项目重点工程之一。自2006年10月投产以来,通过强化入炉原燃料管理,合理调整装料制度,运用高风温、富氧喷煤技术,同时完善高炉操作管理,煤比突破200kg/t水平且运行稳定,取得了国内一流的技术经济指标。The No.5 BF is one of the key projects of 1 500 000 t stainless steel technical transformation project in TISCO. Since it went into operation in October, in 2006, through strengthening the management of the feeding material, the reasonable adjustment of the feeding system, the utilization of the rich-oxygen PCI technology and the refinement of the blast furnace＇s operation management, its coal ratio has topped the 200 kg/t level and the blast furnace operated stably, which has come up to the domestic first-class technical and economic target.
