温针灸配合中药泡浴治疗中风肢体水肿的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察温针灸配合中药泡浴治疗中风肢体水肿的临床疗效。方法将240例中风肢体水肿患者随机分为2组。治疗组120例采用温针灸配合中药泡浴疗法治疗,对照组120例采用实脾饮口服治疗。2组均10日为1个疗程,3个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率98.33%,对照组总有效率86.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针灸配合中药泡浴治疗中风肢体水肿具有良好疗效。Objective To study the effect of warm acupuncture in co - operation with traditional Chinese medicine soak and bath on the treatment of the stroke with limb edema. Method 240 patients with stroke with limb edema were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group （ n = 120） were treated by warm acupuncttrre in co- operation with traditional Chinese medicine soak and bath. Patients in control group （ n = 120） received orally Shipi decoction. Result The total effective rate in treatment group and control group were 98.33%, 86.67%, respectively, There was a signiticant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Warm acupuncture in co - operation with traditional Chinese medicine soak and bath was effective on the treatment of the stroke with llmb edema.
