电针中髎、会阳穴治疗良性前列腺增生症30例

摘　　要：目的观察电针中髎、会阳穴治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)的临床疗效。方法将60例BPH患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例电针双侧中髎、会阳穴,留针30min,隔日针刺1次,每周治疗3次,6次为1个疗程。对照组30例予盐酸特拉唑嗪片2mg,每日1次睡前服。治疗4周后观察2组治疗前后国际前列腺症状评分(I-PSS)、泌尿症状困扰积分(BS)、最大尿流率(Qmax)、膀胱残余尿(PVR)、24h憋尿困难次数和前列腺体积的变化情况及2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率86.7%,对照组总有效率89.7%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治疗前后I-PSS、夜尿次数、BS、Qmax、PVR、24h憋尿困难次数及前列腺体积比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组治疗前后PVR差值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组改善PVR的疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论电针中髎、会阳穴治疗BPH疗效确切,可显著改善BPH患者症状,增加Qmax,减少膀胱残余尿。Objective To evaluate the effect of electroacupuncture on symptomatic benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）. Methods 60 patients of BPH were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the treatment group （ n = 30） were treated with electroacupuncture on ciliao（BL33）, huiyang（BL35）, Patients in control group （ n = 30） received terazosin hydrochloride, 2 mg once a day at night for 4 weeks. The International Prostatic Symptom Score （IPSS）, BS, maximal urinary flow rates （Qmax）, postvoided residual urine volume （PVR） and prostate vohane were evaluated before and after treatment.4 weeks after treatment, Results The total effective rate was 86.7% in the treatment group and 89.7% in the control group, them was no significant difference between them（ P 〉 0.05）. There were significant differences in IPSS, BS, Qmax, prostate vohane and PVR in both groups after treatment in comparison with those before treatment （ P 〈 O. O1）. Improvement of PVR in the treatment group after treatment was superior to that in the control group（ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Electroacupuneture of ciliao, huiyang has definite effect on BPH, it can improve lower urinary tract symptoms （LUTS） due to BPH, increase Qmax, and reduce PVR.
