摘　　要：目的探讨血必净对脓毒症患者细胞因子的影响。方法将50例脓毒症患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各25例,2组均行常规抗休克和病因治疗。在此期础上治疗组用血必净100 mL静脉点滴,每天2次,共7 d;对照组则以等量生理盐水作为安慰对照。分别于不同时相(静脉注射前、注射后3 d和7 d)测试血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、IL-1、IL-6、IL-8水平。结果与对照组相比,治疗组应用血必净后不同时相点的TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、IL-8均明显降低(P<0.05或0.01)。结论血必净可降低脓毒症患者TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6和IL-8的水平从而达到保护器官的作用。Objective It is to approach the influence of Xuebijing injection on the cytokines in patients with sepsis. Methods 50 patients with sepsis were randomly divided into 2 groups and 25 cases in each group, All the patients were treated with countershock and causal treatment. The treatment group was treated with Xuebijing injection, and the equal volume of normal saline was given as placebo in the control group. At the different time points （before treatment, the 3rd and the 7th day after treatment）, the levels of tumor necrosis factor-alpha （TNF-α）, interleukin- 1 （IL- 1）, interleukin- 6 （IL- 6） and interleukin - 8 （IL - 8） in serum were assayed. Results In comparison with control group, the levels of TNF- α, IL- 1, IL- 6 and IL - 8 at the different time points were decreased markedly in the treatment group （ P 〈 0.05 or 0.01 ）. Conclusion Xue- bijing injection has protective effect on patients with sepsis depends on decreasing the levels of TNF -α, IL - 1, IL - 6 and IL- 8.
