花椒流胶病病原疫霉种的鉴定

摘　　要：自花椒流胶病病组织中分离得到３个疫霉菌株，致病性测定表明，３株疫霉对花椒（大红袍）致病性极强，对柑桔（蜜桔）不致病。根据其形态特征和生物学特性，并与柑桔褐腐疫霉标准菌株菌丝可溶性蛋白电泳图谱比较，这３株花椒流胶病病原疫霉为柑桔褐腐疫霉Ｐｈｙｔｏｐｈｔｈｏｒａｃｉｔｒｏｐｈｔｈｏｒａ（Ｓｍｉｔｈ＆Ｓｍｉｔｈ）Ｌｅｏｎｉａｎ。花椒ＺａｎｔｈｏｘｙｌａｍｂｕｎｇｅａｎｕｍＭａｘｉｍ为柑桔褐腐疫霉的寄主新记录。Three strains of genus Phytophthora isolated from diseased tissues of Chineseprickly ash gummosis ,possess strong pathogenicity to chinese prickly ash (variety : Dahongpao) ,but no pathogenicity to citrus (variety:Miju) ;based on its morphologic and biological characteris-tics,and conipared with protein pattern of Phytophthora citrophthora typical strain . these threestrsins were identified as Phytophthora citrophthora (Smith &Smith) Leonian.Chinese prickly ash (Zanthoxyum bungeanum Maxim ) is a new host record of P.citrophthora .
