摘　　要：从权力观点出发,分析福柯的微观权力理论在城市规划中的实际作用,通过具体案例的分析,指出现有的城市规划研究忽视了规划实施过程中的各种权力作用,使得城市规划编制和实施存在很大的脱节;在市场经济和行政管理同时起作用的城市规划管理模式下,指出从微观权力理论出发,真正剖析规划实施的全过程的意义,从而对我们的规划研究提供更有效的工具和手段。This article starts from the power point, analyzes the practical effect of Foucault＇s Micro-power Theory in urban planning, points out that the effect of various powers is ignored in the current research of urban planning through practical cases, which causes great disjunctions between the establishment and implementation, presents that we should start from Micro-power Theory under the management mode of urban planning that market economy and administrative management both work, and analyzes the significance of the entire process of planning implementation to provide more effective instruments and methods for our planning research.
