摘　　要：通过介绍和比较嵊州旧城区锻压厂地段不同时间的两次改造规划方案,该文对过去一段时间小城市旧城改造走过的历程作了历时地观察,认为小城市旧城改造走过了3个阶段,从趋势来看小城市旧城改造规划从规划理念功能定位到实施计划都进一步倾向于整体性和实效性。This article reviews the renewal progress of old district in small city during last years by introducing and comparing two planning projects at different times for one old district in Shengzhou City, considers that the renewal of aid district in small city experiences three phases, and finds out that the planning stages, from concept to function orientation and fo practice scheme, all tend to integration and practicability.
