摘　　要：介绍铜包铝丝、铜包铝镁合金丝的特点和用途,说明用电镀方法生产铜包铝丝、铜包铝镁合金丝的工艺过程及工艺特点,对电镀前的置换镀锌、预镀铜、加厚镀铜工艺进行详细论述,给出镀液、添加剂等的配制及维护方法。To introduce the characteristics and application of copper clad aluminium wire and copper clad Al - Mg alloy wire. The process and technology characteristics to produce copper clad aluminium wire and copper clad Al - Mg alloy wire by electroplating are explained. The process of replacement zinc plating, pre-plated copper and sulfate copper plating before electroplating is expounded. The preparation and maintenance of plating bath, additive etc are given.
