摘　　要：对生产钢丝绳用压线瓦、后变形器及定径装置在使用中存在的问题进行分析。通过对传统结构及材质的改进,压线瓦寿命提高10倍以上,后变形器年成本降低10万元以上,定径装置年加工成本降低32.8万元,同时提高了机台效率和产品质量。The problems existing in stranding die, post-deformation device and sizing apparatus in producing wire rope are analyzed. Through the improvement of traditional structure and material, the life of stranding dies is extended by 10 times above. The cost of post-deformation device is cut down 100 000 Yuan annually. The process cost of sizing apparatus is cut down 328 000 Yuan per year. At the same time, the machine efficiency and products quality are enhanced.
