野菊挥发油成分研究  

A Study on the Chemical Constituents of the Essential Oil from Dendranthema indicum

摘　　要：采用ＧＣ／ＭＳ技术分析出野菊（ＤｅｎｄｒａｎｔｈｅｍａｉｎｄｉｃｕｍＤｅｓｍｏｎｌ．）挥发油化学成分１８种，其中单萜类３种，单萜类衍生物７种，倍半萜类６种，倍半萜类衍生物１种，其它１种。１，８－桉叶素的相对含量最高，为２５６８％，其次为樟脑和反丁香烯，分别为１８２１％和１２０２％。Eighteen chemical constituents,which include 3 monoterpenes,7 monoterpenic derivateves,6 sesquiterpenes,1 sesquiterpenic derivative and 1 unknown compound,were detected by GC/MS technology from the essential oil of Dendranthema indicum Des monl.Among constituents,the relative content of 1,8-cineol (25.68%)was the maximum,that of camphor (18.21%)and trans caryophyllene(12.02%)was the second and the third,respectively.
