摘　　要：多糖的理化性质及药理作用已有大量研究成果。蜜环菌多糖具有多种功效,包括抗衰老、降血糖、增强免疫以及对巨噬细胞、骨髓细胞的保护作用以及抗晕眩等。Armillariella mellea is a kind of medical and edible fungi. The researches were described on the physicochemical properties and the effects of polysaccharide from Armillariella mellea. The polysaccharide from Armillariella mellea has many kinds of functions, including the anti-ageing, the effect on blood sugar immunity enhancement as well as anti-dizzy and so on.
